Pros

The work environment is amazing, and the staff is chock full of talented people. The company "feels" like a startup, although it fully established as a player in the real estate market. Management is highly-focused, driven, and extremely supportive. There is a culture of working on the "bleeding edge" of technology, whenever possible, which is difficult to find in larger companies. Highly recommended!!

Interesting work for a Jax based company

Pros

On the development side you get to work with latest and greatest technologies in the Microsoft stack. New company offices that are shared with few other companies are pretty cool for a Jacksonville company. If you want to "be on" Facebook all day, ever day and want to learn a lot about real estate (from a software vendor perspective) then this could be a good place for you. Milestone celebration lunches and new offices are pretty sweet! I'd recommend the company for fresh, out of college grads as you'll learn a lot, quickly.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are quite limited due to the fact that it's still a small company. And so are salaries which are below Jacksonville average.
