      It’s a super toxic compnay to work with .No respect of human being and Always work under super stress and no work life balance ever

      Cons

      Super toxic company to work with .They cheat their customers and None of theoer customer are happy after taking loan they increase rate of interest any time without customer concent so customer will cry everyday after taking loan with HFFC

      Good company for freshers to start their career

      1- company is putting un necessary of pressure on their employees 2- Since starting of company, they are hiring at the same package 3- Very poor increment 4- No work Life balance in the company 5- Very Poor man management skills of RGM ( Ahmedabad)

      They provide a good package to freshers. One can easily communicate with higher authority.

      Cons

      Unorganized work culture. No growth for customer service and operation profile. No stability for job location. Lot of job pressure. Imbalance of personal and work life. Sometimes you don't get a holiday on sunday's and govt. leaves. You have to almost work for 11-12 hrs on daily basis. Your growth in this company is possible if you have good B.M. Very poor increment.
