      Financially sound company Compensation is typically good with quarterly, annually and adhoc incentive payments Exciting industry Discounts on company products

      Cons

      Absolutely ZERO work life balance. Management and headquarters have no respect for personal time and working 12 hours a day is the norm. Headquarters (China) has no idea of business norms in Canada and frequently makes decisions or asks for courses of actions that are not appropriate. Local management is always a Chinese expat (2 exceptions worldwide) so the midset and expectations are that you are expected to work at all times.
