      Communicative, friendly, and transparent throughout the interviewing and onboarding process

      Cons

      their choice of background check company creates an unnecessarily stressful employment verification process (esp. if you're not in touch with old employers from 10 years ago) but that's not their fault

      Great work-life balance, fully remote, friendly team, great client exposure.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth (monetarily), only offers the minimum required benefits and PTO as per law, vulnerable to AI automation.
