      Pros

      There are no Pros. The company is basic.

      Cons

      They have no idea what they are doing. Keep changing strategies every year, frequent layoffs, over-training, micro-management. The Managers are choosy and ignorant of your problems. There is some level of racism. Currying favor with the managers seems necessary to secure any form of job stability or advancement.

      Toxic. It's all top-down. Teams get told what to do without any say, and that's why they've shifted everything to India.
