Pros
Exceptional talent and high integrity leadership. They're builders and action oriented. Great place for someone who wants to learn, challenge, self-starter and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and embrace uncertainty.
Cons
Sometimes it feels chaotic and there is a lack of focus. I don't see it as a con, but it's definitely not for everyone.

> Great please to go the extra mile for your clients > Great place to be creative, and to learn new things > Hybrid and good flexibility as long as you get the work done
Cons
> Fast pace, entreperneurial spirit (not for everyone) > Small organization, with little room for growth
