      Pros

      The patients are amazing and the work done at the hospital saves lives. FMLA Good starting salary out of college

      Cons

      Pay is only competitive for the first year or two out of college, then it is below industry standard, especially for administration. Lack of employee appreciation by the company Benefits are not good, they are expensive and do not cover much. 401K does not match anything.

      I really enjoyed working with my coworkers. We all seemed to support each other.

      Cons

      Administration didn’t seem to care about their employees. It was all about the bottom dollar at the cost of safety for both the patient and employee. They engage in many illegal practices and are a huge liability to your license. No matter how well they pay, it’s not worth it. There’s a huge shortage of cmhc and LCSW in the state; go somewhere you won’t risk losing your livelihood.
