Unfriendly environment. This is definitely a boys and girls club, and they do not take on new members in that club. They will not say good morning or engage you in conversation if you are not in the fold. Management is egotistical and rude. Nepotism runs rampant. The worst career decision I have made. I was brought on to do project management work only to find out when I got there the client I was supposed to work with had not signed on as yet. Eventually the client never signed on. Once that happened I was ejected the next week. No warning, not notice, no severance...NOTHING. I was told at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon, by 3:45 you would never have known I worked there for 5 months. It's all about billing and not servicing your clients. No methodology, just billing, billing, billing. Seriously read the negative postings here. The positive postings have to be planted. This is the only time I have every written a negative company review. If you are desperate, take the job but don't stop looking. A person who I met on my first day there and was leaving the company the next week gave me that advice. I should have listened when I got another offer the next week and did not take it. Getting let go just before the holidays when hiring shuts down was my life lesson with this company. Run, run, run away if you can. Don't look back.... keep running.
