Employee owned, great company culture, Safety and the promotion job site cleanliness is the best in the industry. Company paid health insurance. Generous tool and clothing allowances. Year end boot party for all employees is unique to the industry. I feel owners truly care about their employees

Pay is not competitive. Not too fond of the high deductible health plan combined with a HSA. Currently, there is little room for advancement. People are typically promoted on likability rather than qualifications or experience
Fully covered healthcare for the family. Lots of great benefits like the annual shoe party, Christmas party, fill the backpack event, etc etc.
Cons
Trust is put in the wrong individuals hands. Poor management skills and leadership is lacking. Compensation is severely lacking compared to other companies, but the benefits make up for the gap i suppose. The HR dept does not care much about the individual, only the manager.
