HighKey Agency has been one of the most fulfilling and encouraging work environments I have had the pleasure to work in. You can tell that management truly wants you to succeed and foster your growth within your career. The team culture is the best I have worked with and I love the people I get to work with each day. There are many opportunities to grow and learn more and you never feel "stuck" within in what you are doing. Management emphasizes feedback from team members frequently and you will never feel unheard or not seen in this company. The company provides lots of support within your work if you are ever needing and is very reasonable with accommodations. Working from home / flexible work is one of the best perks working at HighKey Agency. It's easy to have a healthy work / life balance here.

Cons

It is a completely remote role so something to be aware of to ensure you would enjoy the work environment.
