Pros

Small company, not a number. Always trying to improve it's product. Able to wear multiple hats and gain some exposure to different aspects of the company. Able to observe different levels of decision making up close. Ability to telecommute when needed. Loyal to employees and employees also tend to stay for the long haul.

Cons

Resources are always a challenge for a small company, this one is no exception. Sometimes the challenges can lead to stressful situations and questionable decisions. Continuous training is limited, and benefits could be better. Career path is limited since most employees will stay until they retire. Career path planning could be better as well.
