If you are looking for a job working in a spa you will be paid more with our local competitors. My schedule changed four times at the last minute and my benefits were withheld from me. I was often left stranded in freezing weather by the shuttle and could not get back to my car. This company has high turnover they cannot keep employees in the spa. It doesn't have a good local reputation and Spa Management has no former high-end spa experience. You will not be allowed to keep any tips. There are a few good people on the spa team but also inexperienced people with a bad work ethic and who cannot stay on time. Know your worth. You can find yourself a better deal right down the road.
