      Great place to get underpaid, overworked, and marginalized unless you're in Engineering

      Pros

      Unless you're in engineering working for the great CTO David Henrickson, this should only be a quick stepping stone to keep the boat afloat until more prosperous career opportunities work out.

      Cons

      The CEO Zee Aganovic has zero emotional intelligence, spiteful and highly passive aggressive, is a perfectionist, a micromanager and errs on the side of not trusting your work. He prefers to hire underqualified people to create a vicious feedback loop that justifies his condescending opinion and lack of trust and to pay under market wages. Amazingly, and not unlike Trump, he'll believe he is the best thing since sliced bread that ever happened to these poor, starving, underqualified plebians. The core concept of multivariate testing and optimizations is a very intriguing one, and there's no doubt that the CEO, who has a phD in these sorts of data analytics, is best suited to be in a lab and keep improving the algorithms with no contact with living humans.

      Rapidly Growing Company in ECommerce

      Pros

      Your ideas have a chance to be implemented as part of ongoing strategy. Worldwide strategic partners are helping to quickly expand channel sales. Benefits and compensation are comparable to much larger companies.

      Cons

      Many processes are not defined and you will have to come up with some of your own solutions as the company is quickly adapting.

      Amazing tech, and fast paced culture

      Pros

      There's a big opportunity here for someone entrepreneurial minded and happy to roll their sleeves up. I enjoy coming to work as each day is new experience and ideas are welcomed about how to improve processes. Lots of smart people and a strong team culture, it's a great place to learn.

      Cons

      Probably the fast paced atmosphere won't be for everyone.
