The current Controller, known as EC, exhibits a volatile temper, zero patience, and a penchant for discrimination. Despite numerous reports to HR and corporate about mistreatment, she remains, untouched by repercussions. This unfair system is glaring.
Adding to the toxicity is the accounting manager, LM, who fosters a harmful working environment. Micromanaging, claiming credit for your work, and treating employees poorly are her trademarks. Regardless of your merit, a future in this environment is bleak.
Simply put, this workplace is toxic. It's no surprise that no employee in this department lasts more than a year, all driven away by these pervasive issues.
