Pros

The methodology upon which the tools and resources are built is definitely valuable.

Cons

Leadership has unrealistic growth goals which often sacrifices quality. Goals are unclear and roles/responsibilities change often. Tools and resources are not readily available to get your job done. Processes and procedures are unclear and inconsistent.

Pros

This company sells assessments, similar to a personality assessment. They let you take as many as you want and they give you a laptop.

Cons

This is a tough company to work for; the leadership is the owner mom/son, and then about 5 or 6 VPs. below that are 30 folks desperately trying to hold things together while those VPs and executives change directions every week. It's no secret that they are trying to sell this and get out, but there's a problem because apparently it's hard to find a buyer for a company like this. It's just out-dated. There are some very nice folks who are hard workers, but they are terribly under-paid and not treated well by management.

Pros

* Remote Work * Tons of nice people who have worked there for many years * It's a great product and can really make a difference if a company uses it as intended

Cons

* CEO and his Mom set impossible goals for the number of new customers they hope to be attracting. It sets everyone up for failure when you chase a number that literally cannot happen. * Paid only once a month * No real growth opportunities * Small company that has been running like a start up for decades Herrmann has an annual event where all employees are flown in for a week of team building. It would be fun but the CEO brings bottles and bottles of wine and beer, which they drown themselves in every night. They are up late yelling and being loud and then are hung over the next day. It's a party for the people who have worked there a long time and very unprofessional.
