A really good company that challenges employees to become the best version of themselves. High challenge, high reward mentality. Regular trips to Germany and get together in the UK. Actively develop employees to progress within the company.
Cons
None. The company was great I was just offered an opportunity in a role I wanted to progress into with another company.
