- very flat structure and open minded team - a lot of opportunity to learn and also lead a project - young and passionate team - fast pace working environment

Nothing to talk about. The good ones are all gone because of the bad management decision

Cons

No management at all, reform the team but seem no positive effect. Loads of work, only bragging about how good they are on the outside but in fact it’s very unstructured on the inside

You can OT 24/7 if you are a workaholic

Cons

People here are mean, like when you want to ask your manager something about work, he/she would just tell you to google, then blame you the quality after that. A lot of stupid office policies which cost a lot time, OT culture is serious and you may required to work in holidays very often. Half of the employees left here in their first 6 months.
