Pros
You are your own boss here. Every day I complete my work and go home. No problem as far as you do your work. Everyone in my marketing team is friendly. I feel like I'm being valued. If I ever want others' assistance, just ask for it. You will feel like you are at home. You learn very fast and is easy once you know what your doing - build friendships and good conversations with regular KOLs. I make a lot of friendships with co-workers, and it's good experience for the future.
Cons
You will struggle a bit at first. People here just do their work and go home. So nobody will voluntarily help you unless you ask for it. But it'd be alright when you begin to know your work.
