Pros

Most employees are genuinely nice people to work with, who really care about what they're doing. Makes a lot of the co-worker interaction pretty great. The CTO is strong.

Cons

A few of the managers have no clue what they're doing, which leads to a lot of confusion. And over the last year some people have been hired who engage in some pretty intense office politics. Great people are starting to leave the company, a trend which is also depressing. There's a real lack of leadership coming from the CEO, and the human resources/team ops department doesn't seem to know what they're doing.

Pros

At so many companies the core values are lip service. Not so at HelloSign. The CEO takes personally making sure they are real. The company is super strong and the product is amazing.

Cons

It's getting bigger so it's not quite as cozy as it once was.

Pros

Culture: HelloSign has an amazingly transparent, supportive and empathetic culture. Love seeing a company where culture is a part of everything we do, from interviews to promotions to challenging conversations. Work is challenging and there is lots of room to learn new skills and develop With Dropbox comes great benefits, salary and work/life balance.

Cons

Small company means that work can quickly pile up and being part of a public company means we can't move as fast as we used to. Also, no dogs in the office anymore :(
