      Fair management but tough business decisions to accept

      Pros

      Working conditions are tough but fair 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts. Management on a personal level are generally good to work with, fair and reasonable.

      Cons

      Business decisions to change intitial contract has been a tough pill to swallow. Certain decisions being made without running by pharmacy ending up being cancelled or adjusted due to no consultation for our input
