      Work from home and easy work, could be a good option for someone living outside Dublin

      Cons

      - Training programme is awful - Micromanagement and tight deadlines - They will offer overtime up to supervisor level, after that you have to be ready to sacrifice your work-life balance - Paid way less than market average, one person could easily move to another company and take a jump or arond 30% to to 45% their salary
