      The site gets a lot of views, so as a writer you'll get some exposure

      It's not real journalism, all they want you to do is regurgitate info as quickly as possible. Employment is not secure. The CEO is a complete hothead. He once laid off an entire department (headline writers for a new homepage) that had only been created a month ago because he didn't see immediate results and blamed everyone but himself.
