Cons

Primarily management, from supervisors to C-suite. Lack of consistent direction. Unattainable metrics. Invalid data. Change so frequent that no one knows what is going on. Backstabbers. Lack of support. The only thing that is consistent and able to rely on is knowing there will be RIFs.
