      flexible pto and work schedule everyone treats you like an adult resource center provides value and credibility within industry

      No sense of one direction for the team No support for ongoing training and growth product limitations no real culture tension between departments pipeline issue

      It’s a paycheck and you work from home

      Cons

      The manager will micromanage everything you do. First they tell you how great you are then they will nitpick everything. They will watch you like a hawk and passive aggressively micromanage everything. The clients are all rude Karen’s that pay way too much for bad software but cry over every problem.
