      Directionless organisation, extremely selfish leadership

      Pros

      No pros, they cannot be called a consulting firm. They take up anything in the name of projects no industry expertise. People are extremely biased towards outsiders

      Cons

      The leadership has his family members as employees and they are obviously favoured. They lie to freshers

      Lack of growth and Project Management

      Pros

      The company is filled with young minds who want to learn about consulting. They follow an open door policy to the core everyone is approachable and helpful

      Cons

      The heirarchy is messed up. Even directors are working as Project Manager. This is hindering company growth as the work assignment is not streamlined. They are mostly into Subcontracting business and hence the work you do isn't directly impacting the clients. Some biasness is there towards a few group of employees. Compensation and WFH policies are not very clear.

      Worst culture, high attrition rate, they lay people off who don't massage their ego, higher managers are ladies who come to office only for gossips. People just come here only to regret later.
