The company is very welcoming and provides support for you to grow and achieve your goals at a quick pace. No ideas you present to your managers is dismissed, this company is always improving and desires feedback

Cons

With being remote there are not a lot of opportunities to seeing your co-workers you have to be pro active about reaching out to them.

Pros

If you work hard and have a great sales personality, you can make great commission.

Cons

The leadership are not transparent with their team. They will boost you up to get what they need from you. Lots of turnover. seems like a great deal w the big man talk they do, but it’s just that, all talk. Sales team fired w/o reason or warning. My advice, don’t be tempted by the money. product is there, the leadership is not

Pros

the work is very easy, and the pay is very good for the work that you do. it also is a good opportunity for anyone looking to work in the medical field or a lab (it helped me to get a job at a better lab; experience is experience).

Cons

the communication and management (or lack there of) makes the job really hard to want to show up for. the management lacks professionalism and clearly hasn't gone through any type of training, and from what i could tell weren't promoted based on merit, but favoritism. things are constantly changing which isn't a problem, but the lack of communication makes it frustrating especially when management holds you accountable for information you hadn't heard. it is very clear that the company takes on more than they can handle by the large influx of new clients and volume for them to turn around and lose them all in only a few months. they never fail to sacrifice quality if it means they will have more volume. they go through a never-ending cycle of hiring a hoard of temporary employees for the volume increase and when they lose volume because of the many mistakes that follow, there's a mass firing i think it is safe to say that it is more about the bottom line than the patients or the employees.
