Pros

8-5 Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends

Cons

Management is extremely micromanaging, no one is on the same page, and job descriptions are constantly changing. Too many middle managers and there is no incentive to move up. Those that have their job is either changed a year later or gone completely.

Pros

The patients NEED you. They are kind (for the most part) and truly love you for helping them. The CEO is awesome and genuinely cares about the organization; she tries to get out and meet everyone. For the most part, everyone is mission oriented.

Cons

Constant change, but not for the better. Several re-orgs. Many projects went into implementation but failed due to poor planning.

I have enjoyed working at HealthPoint and serving our patients. The company cares about the employees and making improvements to well being and operations.

Cons

I am disappointed to have been recently passed up for a promotion within the company, especially considering the company supports professional growth of their employees.
