No dignity or ethics. No per diem. Brutally long work hours (12+) The conditions on some of the buses aren't safe, e.g. exhaust fumes, outlets catching on fire, etc Being threatened with termination for refusing to work under extreme conditions, e.g. driving the bus through the mountains of Utah during a snow storm. Being asked to do repairs, although we are not mechanics. Refusing to reschedule patients when equipment fails and we get hours behind schedule. (I once worked 6am to Midnight.) Receiving work schedules the week of. Getting travel information the night before or the morning of. Promising things such as bonuses that they have no intention of issuing. Being nice only when they need a favor, and being very nasty when you don't comply with their outrageous demands. Being encouraged to lie and manipulate employees once in a trainer or management position, especially when it goes against your own morale.

Most unprofessional place I've ever worked. Training is awful and new people are treated horribly. Workers get high all the time while at work!! Sometimes you'll drive an hour to work two. Or go work out of town and they will cancel half the days you work and you don't get paid!
