Small company so you will wear a lot of hats and learn in areas outside of your field Nice staff (outside of CEO and some management)

Cons

Severe Micromanagement from the CEO into all departments High turn-over No accountability at any level 10+ hr days expected Taking lunch out of the office is frowned upon No 401K No flexibility with hours No work from home options Only 10 vacation days total Office is located far from trains Unstable business structure and direction No internal communication or education Little room for advancement Same routine and product day in and day out

Long hours, no flexibility No benefits worth mentioning Anything to do with family is frowned upon. Don't ask to leave early to watch your son's soccer game. Don't ask to leave early to pick a sick kid up, you have a partner that can do that!!! CEO monitors when you arrive and leave for the day. CEO micromanages to the point where it is impossible to do your job No work at home options, don't even suggest it. The company has no direction, and the CEO has no focus. Entire Sales Force has quit because of CEO, there is no sales force

Vacation days maxed at only 10, regardless of how many years worked. Only 5 sick days per year No 401k or flexible spending Micromanagement No promotions or annual salary increases Extremely high turnover, especially in IT Lack of company growth
