Pros
Most Co-workers are very friendly and enjoyable to work alongside. They make the environment more palatable.
Cons
Management needs a major overhaul. They lose so many amazing employees due to their management style. Very much a dictatorship that rewards bad apples and disciplines good employees. There is a culture here that continues to draw in negativity and drama and it all begins at the management level. They are in desperate need of managerial training as professionalism here is lacking. How can you expect the employees to act civilly if you do everything in your power to undermine them, treat them like children, and are the major source of gossip?
