Pros

Great Mission and great leadership who are fantastic stewards of their positions.

Cons

I am concerned about a new CEO coming from another mental health company that clearlys shows signs of governance issues, instability, and low employee faith in current leadership.

Pros

Good pay Benefits W2 Consistent case load

Cons

High productivity No room to even breath, if you want to have a job where you are seeing clients back to back without breaks or even room to eat something. No Control over your schedule, you have to submit a request to block and change your schedule. Your schedule request can be denied and must be reviewed and that can take days to weeks. you get no paid time off. And also position instability. No therapist independence everything we do is micromanaged Clients are just thrown on your schedule Lack of communication
