Not Many, no one has any real job description. Things are done on the fly.
Cons
The people are old and close to retirement and it shows.

Not Many. Some people are nice to work with.
Cons
No room for growth. Management does not want any new ideas, sales department stuck in the 60's and 70's and half retired. They don't want to learn anything new. Staff has given up! Everyone just complains all the time about other employees or customers. Talk nice on the phone, then hang up and call the customer an idiot.
