      Pros

      Not Many. Some people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Management does not want any new ideas, sales department stuck in the 60's and 70's and half retired. They don't want to learn anything new. Staff has given up! Everyone just complains all the time about other employees or customers. Talk nice on the phone, then hang up and call the customer an idiot.

      Pros

      Harco is a dominant player in the Industrial machine industry. They represent name brands Which are easily recognized. They have a knowledgeable sales force with a lot of experience.

      Cons

      The leadership is clearly controlled by the owners. Dissenting opinions are not encouraged and they have all but disappeared. The salesforce is old and will need replacing in the next 12 months.

      Pros

      Strong financial position with great brand names. Excellent customer relationships but rooted in decades of sales. Easy selling.

      Cons

      Owner dominated mentality with no room for creativity. The sales team and leader are rooted in 1940 selling techniques. Not open to new ideas.
