      Pros

      Remote work is the standard

      Cons

      Everything else. Its remote so they expect you to work 12+ hours a day. In an interview they will say things like "work to live not live to work" then get mad if you dont work over 12 hours. My company was bought out by them and they are truely horrible.

      Pros

      It's a job. Flexible PTO. The people I worked with I my office from my legacy organization are great, I can't say the same for the executive level.

      Cons

      You are only a dollar sign to this company - reduced to the billable hours they can credit to you. They say a lot of words about being a great employer and their values but they are just words. They say they are transparent but don't even share pay bands.
