Pros

Company had great potential. Company leadership landed a huge contract with a multi-national energy client and rapidly built an army of employees. The company was off to a great start with a team of talented individuals. I enjoyed the collaborative process of building programs and training together with the client. I also enjoyed working closely with client team in the field. Several of the end-users receiving training talked about the powerful impact and the application of the material into different aspects of their lives.

Cons

Getting fired - our project was so poorly managed that the company was fired by the client way before the project was completed. Company leadership - The CEO was non-existent. He rarely responded to e-mails and most employee contact was centered around reprisal. I have worked in consulting for many years and for many clients and have NEVER seen leadership as poor as this. No other contracts - by the time the company got fired by the client, the sales team was not able to secure another contract. No future work meant everyone was let go. Weekly travel from the east coast.

Pros

I thought the pay was great and management let the staff have flexibility in approach during implementations with the client. Most of the clients I worked with enjoyed our interaction and the model we used in training. Also, the company was flexible in work/life balance. We flew out on Sunday and was home with our families on Friday - made for nice weekends.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

I was hired by haploos as part of a five person team that worked on a successful project with a major energy company in Alberta from January of 2012-November of 2015, roughly four years. The pay was excellent and haploos provided every type of support necessary to complete our project. My team appreciated that the CEO of haploos did not micro manage us and basically stayed out of our hair. As we succeeded, the boss (Josh Arritola) was appreciative and gave all team members a $3,000 bonus. Our team will gladly continue to work for haploos at any opportunity.

Cons

As haploos phased out of our work in Canada, staff was let go until more work could be acquired. Because of the good pay and positive working conditions for the haploos team in Canada, I am aware that some of the staff had hard feelings toward haploos when they lost their jobs. The client faced many cuts due changing priorities, and other economic factors, resulting in the haploos contracts ending. I do NOT believe that Josh or haploos had control over any of those cuts, or of the other economic factors.
