      Management is so overworked that it is easy to slip under the radar and work unsupervised for long stretches of time.

      Cons

      Over promises and under delivers salary increases and bonuses. No company match on 401k. Unattainable sales forecasts and unmanageable workload for 5 day workweek. Cost cutting terminations come without notice.
