I keep laughing every time I read the reviews here. 5 stars with one line, Obviously is fake and made by company to increase the rate, Or if you are within your first day, recruiter will ask you to give a feedback which is super early to do. so do not trust these reviews :D Here is the reality
- Toxic environment and people. Get ready to get mentally sick from them
- Super low salaries
- insecure job. Expect to get laid off for no clear reason, till if you are a hard worker and you work on the top priority project in the company
- Micromanagement from less knowledgeable employee without title, Just because they are in a relation with the manager.
- People know how to get advantage from your work and assign it to themselves
- Expect to see improper word typed on your colleague screen like F*** when you huddle
- HR do not do anything except getting salaries and promotion. Not sure for what? Do not bother to complain, they will waste your time, and keep re-format the issue to look your fault
- Threaten to let you go if you complain
- Management they are not expertise at all. Leading company to wrong direction, If you try to discuss things with them, they will tell you I am the manager in a rude way to force you doing what they want
- Aggressive people
- Do not expect it is a cool platform. When you hear about hacker, you think it is wow. But the reality the platform is way far than security and hacking
- And of course, races and differentiate between people. They try to hire people from different races just to show the diversity, but reality you are always at the bottom of the line
