      Good to understand commercial environment, get an insight into the toy industry, good office, amazing showroom, great cafe, varied tasks which are fun.

      Cons

      Very big hierarchy that makes you feel less if you are lower down. Very low salary. Gossipy negative culture. Not true to job descriptions.
