      Horrible leadership

      Pros

      Base pay is pretty competitive and it is fully remote

      Cons

      No pension plan at all. Afterwall, the PMO leadership is horrible, no experience in managing people and very condensending. He only criticizes your work every day without any plan to help you to improve as individual or team. He is a telephone without consulting employees what is happening and why, he even share employee personal information in group chat. You end up working more than 10 hours a day plus weekend since you will work on multiple projects at the same time which is impossible considering the amount of work each customer wants.

      Pros

      Fully remote, no expectations of in-office work. The team gets together socially in Toronto for those that are local, but it is always optional. They allow us to work anywhere in the world. Managers are kind people with reasonable expectations of our work.

      Cons

      There could be more opportunities to have more vacation time (typically 3 weeks and difficult to get more).
