      Horrible owner/leader

      Pros

      They have some really good clients.

      Cons

      The owner is unorganized and does not support her team that is there for the clients. Also, being a Fractional support does not allow you to feel like part of any company, including HR-Rethought. The owner lies about people when they leave to make her look better. Saw this many times. Look at their turnover rate. It's bad for a reason. And extremely low compensation for the level of Consultants you expect.

      Pros

      Most co-workers are extremely pleasant and great to work with.

      Cons

      Using their list of 'core values' as something to keep you from asking questions, expecting input, or giving your opinion. You will be expected to read EOS, so read it before you think about working there and see if you can stomach it. Additionally, they are on their 3rd or 4th HR Director in a year.
