I do not have any cons working here! This is hands down, is the best place I have worked and my fellow colleagues are the absolute best people I have ever gotten the chance to work with!!
The owner is unorganized and does not support her team that is there for the clients. Also, being a Fractional support does not allow you to feel like part of any company, including HR-Rethought. The owner lies about people when they leave to make her look better. Saw this many times. Look at their turnover rate. It's bad for a reason. And extremely low compensation for the level of Consultants you expect.
