Pros

I cant think of any.

Cons

Go look at the Indeed reviews for this company. With the exception of the one or two that are clearly written by the management, those reviews more accurately describe what working there was like.

We are disappointed to hear that your experience at HR Knowledge was not what you were expecting. We are continuously making improvements based on the feedback of our employees, but without concrete examples its hard to address the issues you may have experienced. We hope you have landed softly at an organization that is more in line with what you are looking for. We wish you all the best.

Pros

It’s a job that gets one by. It’s a small company, so management recognizes your efforts. Casual dress. A few great people work here.

Cons

Lack of training. High turnover. An employee can get fired any given week - it makes you wonder “who’s next?”. The infamous, “xyz is no longer with us” emails, with no explanation, gives the office chills. You would expect a lot better, given it is a company that assists its clients with HR issues. These reviews seem rather.. inflated. Indeed has more insight..

Pros

HR Knowledge is a great company to work for overall. There is a good internal culture and management works hard to engage with employees in a positive and productive way. There is always a lot of work to do, but there is a strong team environment and the company tries to provide fun outlets for employees to unwind. HR Knowledge also provides a positive work-life-balance in my opinion. Many employees are working parents and the company provides them with the flexibility they need.

Cons

Due to the small size of the company, salaries are not always competitive, but benefits, company culture, and other perks partly make up for this. There are also lots of opportunities to earn bonuses and other variable comp by helping out with supplemental projects.
