I had a very disappointing experience with HIMT Group of institutions and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros
I have no pros, you need to perform all the admission related activities along with teaching, no enviornment for research or further academic learning
Cons
Low Salary & Poor Compensation – The pay here is significantly lower than industry standards, with no proper appraisals or increments. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Unprofessional & Disrespectful Behavior – The management’s attitude completely changes the moment you resign. They become uncooperative, rude, and show zero professionalism. Delayed Full & Final Settlement – I had to follow up countless times just to get my last salary and experience letter. They unnecessarily delayed the process and made it extremely difficult. Non-Release of Gratuity – Even after 4 years of leaving the company, they have still not released my gratuity, despite multiple follow-ups. This shows their complete disregard for employees’ rights and legal obligations.

Loads to learn..gives a good platform for freshers to learn.
Cons
If you performed well in your task then all the task of other people will given to you as well in the name of you do the job best. Which will in turn completely ruin your mental health.
