Pros
The only best reason to work in hdfc developers (HDFC RED ) is money. You can get good package without much fight.
Cons
I have no word for the compan, one of the worst working enviornment. There is no place for employee satisfaction. In the name of employee welfare program they only have tasteless tea & cofee. Employee have to stay till 8-9, it doesn't matter they have work or not. You have to spend 10 -12 hour in office without any work. I am requesting to the reader of the review, if you really want to do something good in your life never ever join the company only because it has HDFC brand name & package. Soon you'll realize that its one of your biggest mistake.
