      Pros

      Awesome team to work with. I have been with the company for 10 years this August ! I love coming to work everyday knowing I have coworkers that have the same interest in making this company successful. Everyone is upbeat and positive. Upper management is big on team building and bringing out the best skills in its employees.

      Cons

      The turkey vultures on the outside deck are creepy.

      Pros

      Great family environment. I love the people I work with. My coworkers feel like a second family. The hours are great. Make a great income based solely on my production.

      Cons

      The potential for a great income is there, however you have to be very focused and diligent.

      Pros

      I have been with HCMM Inc. for a little over a year now. Hours, comp, and environment all are great. The service we provide as a management consulting firm is outstanding. Could not be more pleased with my work here.

      Cons

      The newer building we are in is great but the leasing company does a sub par job with janitorial.
