      Difficult for things to go smoothly when all the CEO wants to do is open more branch locations.

      Good work/life balance, there is plenty of work to go around, employees are treated fair-above fair, increasing in size rapidly

      Cons

      CEO wants to take over the west coast as soon as possible, mostly sales and managers are praised, they need to show love to the workers underneath, not a lot of opportunity to advance

Without team work the company cannot be successful and have a rapid growth in size. We have created jobs and opportunity for everyone that wants to join our team throughout California. HCI Systems, Inc started in 2008 with two and grown to over 500 as of 2016. We promote all employees that work hard and reward them. Thanks for being a part of HCI Systems, Inc.

      None that I can think of, very mediocre company like any other, basic PTO

      Cons

      they lied to me when negotiating for job offer pay rate, worst company culture ever!! Management LOVES micromanaging everything, and monitors employees computer with remote monitoring software so at any time they may look at your screen without your knowledge, they don't trust their employees! no room to grow in your career because middle managers won't let you.

      Deciding to work for HCI Systems was one of the best career choices I’ve made to date! HCI Systems makes you feel like family rather than an employee of the company, and they go the extra mile to make you want to come to work every day. You truly experience the appreciation by HCI Systems in return for excellent work product, ethical conduct, and commitment delivered by their employees. Also, the company provides an excellent comprehensive benefits package. Without a doubt, I am planning for long-term career goals within this exceptional corporation.
