      The most flexible job, almost entirely work from home. Quarterly bonuses based on performance.

      Cons

      No room for progression. No clear way to move up, unless being better friends with superiors.

      Great pay, flexible shifts, you can work from home, excellent training with plenty of room to improve, friendly/helpful co-workers and an overall fun job.

      I can't think of any and I'm not sorry about that.
