      Pros

      A paycheck and the good health insurance.

      Cons

      A very hostile work environment. Employees would sabotage others work and make threatening gestures behind co-workers backs. Employees felt threatened by any new employee and would lie and do anything to get rid of them. Management was clueless. HR was also clueless about normal HR procedures and laws. Nepotism was rampant.

      Some nice and friendly staff

      Cons

      Micro managed environment even had to report bathroom time. Middle management doesn't have much knowledge in the field and is not fit for the role...bad training and tend to blame others for mistakes. Unreasonably let go of people.
