- Great professional experience - Very independent - Ability to decide the work you want to do

- Terrible compensation way under market rate - Unclear and ambiguous promotion guidelines and time-frame - No reward to great work performance - No appreciation for employees - Old school culture where directors are gods and everyone tends to their desires Left the company for a promotion, +30% salary, better bonus, better career prospects, and much better culture. The grass is greener on the other side.
