      Great products and nice offices overshadowed by terrible culture

      Products are very good indeed, Nice offices

      The company is run like a school, there is no autonomy and any challenges to the MD are shot down by getting rid of people. There is a real reign of fear in the company, enhanced by the MD's EA

      Good facilities at face level Some good people in the team

      Cons

      Clueless and mind-blowingly incompetent high level management with no apparent strategy or plan for products Brand image down the pan with no ambition to change Zero personal development support Development projects drag on for years Unfortunately the potential of the company is being destroyed through idiotic decision making by dumb and dumber at the top. Products are not designed but bought from factories with the logo written on in crayon - there are much better options for a design, engineering or product development career

      I enjoyed the company and worked from home my entire employment there

      Cons

      If you worked in customer service you were looked down upon by other departments. The pay was not great and Nick Grey didn't offer future opportunities for some amazing people. It's such a shame.
